New Program Director at Fairfield Memorial

(Fairfield, IL) UltraGroup Healthcare is pleased to spotlight the recent appointment of Joyce York as the Program Director of the Senior Life Solutions Program at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. With her extensive experience and passion for geriatric care, Joyce brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her new role.

Joyce York, along with her husband Kevin, made Fairfield their home in 2021. They have deep roots in the community, with three grown children and four grandchildren. Joyce's journey in healthcare began at Wabash Valley College in Mt. Carmel, IL, where she earned her nursing degree. Over the span of 28 years, 15 of which were spent serving the geriatric population, she gained important experience in caring for patients.

In her own words, Joyce expresses her joy in working with senior adults, stating, "I enjoy assisting them in finding their way to a satisfying, happy, and fulfilling life." Her commitment to the well-being of seniors is evident in her approach to care. With a blend of compassion and expertise, Joyce aims to empower seniors to lead vibrant lives, filled with purpose and joy.
