Please congratulate, therapist, John Saracco, on his retirement. John started at Senior Life Solutions at Community Memorial Hospital of Staunton, Illinois in 2013 as a MSW so he could accrue his supervision hours in order to achieve his LCSW. He was hired by the program as the full time LCSW shortly after receiving his licensure. He has worked in Macoupin County for over 20 years focusing on adult counseling. John is a native of Benld, Macoupin County, who dedicated his life to giving back to his community by helping to improve our seniors’ lives. Due to his dedication, he has become a local celebrity. John cannot go anywhere in the area without shaking a hand or patting a back with someone. He is a true friend and goes above and beyond to help others. Over the last 7 years, John has touched so many lives and truly has been a huge asset to program. His calm approach, soft spoken words, and incredible patience help him to establish wonderful rapport with everyone he encounters. He is a true friend and will greatly missed.
