Celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month at Taylorville Memorial Hospital
The team at Senior Life Solutions at Taylorville Memorial Hospital went above and beyond to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month with their patients, turning the month into a time of creativity, connection, and community.
Thanks to the imagination and leadership of Jataun Rollins, LCSW, patients were treated to Mental Health Awareness-themed grab bags filled with thoughtful and uplifting items. The celebration didn’t stop there—patients also enjoyed a special event honoring the importance of mental wellness, complete with fun and engaging activities.
Among the creative highlights were Picasso-inspired paintings and the whimsical crafting of Mental Health Awareness gnomes, which sparked joy, laughter, and meaningful conversation.
The celebration was a powerful reminder of the importance of mental health, especially for older adults, and a testament to the compassionate, client-centered care provided by the Senior Life Solutions team. Thank you to Jataun and the entire Taylorville Memorial Hospital staff for making Mental Health Awareness Month memorable and meaningful for your patients!

The entire team at Mason District Hospital is extremely proud of Corrinna, and we at UltraGroup are equally thrilled to celebrate this accomplishment alongside her. Achieving LCSW licensure is a significant step in any social worker's career, and Corrinna has done so with grace, perseverance, and professionalism.
Congratulations again, Corrinna! We look forward to the continued positive impact you’ll make in the lives of the patients you serve and the teams you work with every day.
Sporting Clay Classic
On May 16, 2025, the Friends of Community Hospital of Staunton hosted its first annual Sporting Clay Classic at Nilo Farms in Brighton, IL. 10 competitive teams engaged in a series of sporting clay courses designed to test their precision and teamwork. The event featured a friendly, yet competitive atmosphere that allowed participants of all experience levels to get involved. Prizes were awarded to the top team and top shooters. The money raised during the event will go to support Community Hospital of Staunton’s capital projects and programs. It was a great success and a fun way to connect with the community while supporting an impactful mission. We are incredibly grateful to all of the participants, sponsors, and volunteers who made this event possible. We hope to see everyone out on the course May 9, 2026!
Celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month
