Georgia Pride

(Toccoa, GA) Lakeyta Rousey is a Mental Health Tech on the Behavioral Health Inpatient unit at Stephens County, day one of it’s opening. In addition to her hospital experience, she worked 7 years in the Health Hospice area and is also… a very proud momma. Her son is Gamarion Carter, a 20-year-old Wide Receiver for Vanderbilt University. He played high school football for 3 years for the Stephens County Indians. See the “Carter File” below.

  • During senior season, caught six passes for 195 yards and two touchdowns in a victory against Habersham Central to receive BLITZ Sports Georgia Player of the Week accolades

  • Collected 27 receptions for 421 yards and four touchdowns as a junior

  • Caught six passes for 102 yards and a score against Madison County during junior season en route to BLITZ Sports Georgia Player of the Week honors
