(French Lick, IN) UltraGroup sponsored the Indiana Rural Health Association’s Annual Rural Health Conference in French Lick, IN on June 13th – 15th. As part of the Business Partner Network, UltraGroup staff including, Jacob Shaheen, Director of Business Development, Kenna Dunlap Johnson, VP of Outpatient Services, and Keri Williams, Regional Director, were able to attend and network with some of the rural healthcare leaders in Indiana.
Kenna Dunlap Johnson was also a speaker at the conference. Her presentation, “Mental Illness in Rural Seniors: Needs, Barriers, and Potential Treatment Options” was very well attended and well received. Her presentation focused on some of the specific challenges rural communities face when addressing the mental health needs of its senior communities.
