PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE



Recipe:


This moist Pumpkin Spice Cake starts with a boxed mix and has just 3 essential ingredients. You'll never stress about what to bring to potlucks and office parties again!



15 ¼ ounces Spice Cake Mix

15 ounces Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

3 Eggs

2 tablespoons Bourbon (optional)

¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves (optional)

2 cups Cream Cheese Frosting (or topping of choice)



Directions:


  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the wet and dry ingredients to the canned pumpkin.

  2. Mix until smooth.

  3. Spread in a baking dish or sheet pan & bake at 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.

  4. Cool on a wire rack. When cool, spread frosting & enjoy!
