March 2022 Clinical Outcomes Recognition

UltraGroup has been working over the past couple of years to develop and expand the UltraGroup Reporting Portal (URP). Our goal with this system is to track key metrics that we have found to be good indicators of program success. Some of the best metrics tracked in the URP are the clinical assessment tools that measure patient improvement in anxiety and depression. Tracking these allows our programs to effectively measure the efficacy of the program through empirical data.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize some programs with great clinical outcomes for their graduates in March 2022. The below table represents the percent reduction in symptoms for graduates of our programs:

Hospital

ZUNG Anxiety Self Rating

Geriatric Depression Screening (GDS)

Carlinville Area Hospital

34.5%

68.8%

Fairfield Memorial Hospital

34.5%

78.6%

Gibson Area Hospital

17.1%

80%

Massac Memorial Hospital

32.8%

60.9%

Paris Community Hospital

34.5%

64.7%

Taylorville Memorial Hospital

31%

73.7%

Highland District Hospital

44.3%

70.8%

The above numbers show incredible improvement in symptoms of anxiety and depression in our patients. The staff and clinicians at all our programs have done an excellent job addressing the needs of our patients. You all are making a tremendous impact on not only the lives of your patients, but their family members and the community. Great job!

I encourage each of our programs to continue utilizing the URP. If you have questions about how to input information or general questions about the URP, please don’t hesitate to reach out to myself or Lucas McBryde.
